Holiday Lights Celebration

Scotts Valley Community and Senior Centers

December 5, 2009

Each year the Scotts Valley Host Lions Club and the Scotts Valley Parks and Recreation Department team up to produce the Scotts Valley Holiday Lights Celebration. There decorated trees to be raffled off, food collection barrels and food served at the event. Christmas carols and family entertainment makes this evening very popular with the community. Santa is always on hand to take wish lists back to the North Pole from the kids. All of the local service organizations participate and contribute to make the annual event a huge success. Valley Churches United Missions receives the proceeds from the event to assist them in their efforts to make sure the local community's less fortunate families have a great holiday season.

The Scotts Valley Host Lions meets Tuesday mornings at 7:00 am and at 6:30 pm on the first Tuesday of the month, at the Scotts Valley Senior Center, 370 Kings Village Road. We invite you to attend one of our meetings. Our meetings are open and Guests are welcome!
