If you'd like to make a contribution to your community by participating in the 2006 Scotts Valley Host Lions Charity Golf Tournament, please complete the following Tournament Application form. After completing your application, press the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the form and we will begin processing the application. Your tournament application will be confirmed and arrangements made to collect fees upon receipt of the following form.

The Scotts Valley Host Lions meets Tuesday mornings at 7:00 am and at 6:30 pm on the first Tueday of the month, at the Scotts Valley Senior Center, 370 Kings Village Road. We invite you to attend one of our meetings. Our meetings are open and Guests are welcome!
